About us
Built by people who have run an association themselves.
Kvart is built by Ven3 OÜ, an Estonian company. Its founders are IT experts with decades of experience who have, among other things, run apartment associations themselves, so they know firsthand what unpaid evening work feels like: invoices, readings, debtors, and the same loop every month.
That is why Kvart has one yardstick: running an association must not be a second job. The machine does the routine, people make the decisions.
